Issue Log FAQ

Question Answer
Should I log every single little issue that comes up? Seems like a waste of time, especially if I already resolved it If an issue impacted your schedule, your budget or any deliverables, or if it created subsequent risk to any aspect of the project, you should log it. You cannot learn from the issues you don’t record.
Isn’t an Issue log just a list of our failures? What’s the point?
