Trust Bricks Conclusion
Remember that every interaction, every committed action item and follow-up you have with a team member, stakeholder or sponsor, is either building trust or tearing it down, one brick (or action item) at a time. So, the next time you find yourself a part of a team, stop and ask yourself: Which am I doing? Am I building trust, or am I tearing it down? Make sure you are using your Action Item log to build those bricks.
