How do I enter a new lead?
To enter a lead to the RAIDLOG team using the Partner Lead Registration form, follow these steps:
- Click on the following link: Partner Lead Registration Form. The form will open in your browser.
- Fill in the required information in the provided fields. This includes details such as lead name, company name, contact information, and any relevant notes or comments.
- Provide as much information as possible about the lead to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and needs.
- Select the proper stage you’d like to place your lead in:
- Qualified lead: This stage represents a potential customer who has expressed interest and meets the criteria defined by RAIDLOG as a promising prospect, indicating that they may be a good fit for the solution.
- Initial Call: In this stage, the RAIDLOG partner manager engages in an introductory call with the qualified lead to further assess their needs, provide more information about RAIDLOG’s offerings, and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Demo: At this stage, the RAIDLOG partner manager conducts a product demonstration for the qualified lead, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of RAIDLOG to illustrate how it can address their specific project management requirements and challenges.
- Double-check the entered information for accuracy and completeness.
- Once you have reviewed the form, click on the “Submit” button to submit the lead to your Partner Manager.
- The RAIDLOG team will receive the lead information immediately and review it accordingly.
- If further information or clarification is needed, your Partner Manager may reach out to you using the contact information provided.
- You will be notified of any updates or progress regarding the lead you submitted through appropriate communication channels.
How do I track my leads?
To track the lead you submitted on the RAIDLOG Partner Lead Registration form and update the sales opportunity with any new information, follow these directions:
1. You will receive an invitation to the RAIDLOG workspace in ClickUp as a Guest. Accept the invitation and create your Guest account.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the Enterprise pipeline list within ClickUp. This pipeline is specifically dedicated to managing partner leads. This will be located on the left hand side under the Sales Space and Pipeline Folder.
3. Within the Enterprise pipeline, locate your partner named list at the top of the page. It is on this list that you can track the current stage of your submitted lead, such as “Qualified Lead,” “Initial Call,” or “Demo.”
4. Locate the task card corresponding to the lead you submitted. Each task card represents a specific sales opportunity.
5. Click on the task name to open it and view the details of the lead opportunity.
6. Update the task with any new information, such as notes from conversations, meeting dates, or additional contact details.
7. Move the task to the appropriate column to reflect the updated stage of the sales opportunity. For example, if you have completed the initial call, move the card from “Qualified Lead” to “Initial Call.”
8. Repeat this process whenever there are new developments or changes in the lead status, ensuring that the task card accurately reflects the most up-to-date information.
9. As a Guest in the RAIDLOG workspace, you will have visibility and access only to your specific leads within the Enterprise pipeline.
10. If you have any questions or need further assistance, reach out to the RAIDLOG team or your assigned partner manager for support.
By following these directions, you will be able to track and manage your submitted leads within the RAIDLOG workspace in ClickUp, updating the sales opportunity as necessary with any new information.
How do I contact my Partner Manager?
To contact your Partner Manager, Kim Essendrup, for support, follow these simple directions:
Slack
- Open Slack and navigate to the Partner Channel.
- In the Partner Channel, compose a message addressing Kim Essendrup specifically. Provide a brief overview of your sales support needs and any relevant details.
- Send the message, and Kim will receive a notification in Slack. He will respond to your message as soon as possible, offering the necessary sales support.
- Simply email Kim directly with any questions or concerns at Kim@raidlog.comÂ
Live 30-minute Chat
- Click on the following link: Schedule a 30-min Call with Kim Essendrup. The Calendly page will open in your browser.
- Choose a suitable date and time for the call from the available options on the Calendly page.
- Fill in your contact details, including your name and email address, so that Kim can reach out to you.
- Click on the confirmation button to schedule the call.
- Kim will receive the meeting request and confirm the call or propose an alternative time if needed. He will then provide you with the necessary sales support during the scheduled call.

Where can I download my partner logo?
To locate and download your partner logo from the RAIDLOG Partner Brand Guide, please follow these steps:
1. Simple click this link to open your Partner Brand Guide.
2. Once on the webpage, scroll down or navigate to the section related titled, Partner Logo.
3. Under that section, you should find a list of available partner logos for download. Please download the appropriate logo for your program.Â
5. Click on the download link or the specific logo you wish to download.
6. Depending on your browser settings, the logo file may automatically download to your default downloads folder, or you may be prompted to select a location to save the file.
7. Choose a desired location on your computer to save the logo file and click “Save” or “Download.”
8. Once the download is complete, navigate to the location where you saved the logo file on your computer.
9. Verify that the downloaded file is the correct partner logo by checking its file name or comparing it with the logo examples provided in the brand guide.
