In my career I have found, it is one thing to bring issues to business leaders and another thing to identify issues AND provide solutions to the business leaders. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, I look at challenges through a different perspective. I look at not only the issues at hand, but what is also being impacted and come up with creative solutions that best fit the organization I am helping. When I am not working, I love to travel and try different experiences.
